A sexy lingerie ad campaign starring Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen has been labelled "sexist" and "stereotyped".
The star parades in her underwear while asking her husband if her mother can move in.
In another ad, the scantily-clad model informs her man that she's maxed out their credit cards.
The commercials tell viewers "You're a Brazilian woman - use your charm."
The lingerie company insists the ad was created in good humour.
But women's right's campaigners say they've complained to advertising regulators.

Date: 2011-10-01 05:01 am (UTC)well, i guess these type of advertisements might frighten the Brazilian Authorities just a little bit. because...well....some might perceive these ads as encouraging the female populous to overspend & take on huge amounts of debt....maybe they do not like feeding Brazilians the American Debt Culture :/ just saying (????)
