Another atrocity, and silence in the West again

Yet again, where's the official outrage? Any notes of protest from Western governments? Did Obama, Cameron, Hollande and Merkel make any statements about the events in Mariupol (and Odessa)? Any calls to the Ukrainian government to hold those responsible accountable for the bloodshed?
