At least that's the thinking behind the "lipstick index," termed by Leonard Lauder, chairman emeritus of cosmetics company Estée Lauder, in 2001 to explain the surge in lipstick sales during that recession.

welp, i fully agree with the guy's rebuttal.

i mean, there is just soooOoooo much polish out there! there's that crackel polish {which i personally don't understand}, glitter polish, polish that peels off, polish that peels on, confetti polish, polish made out of SHELLAC for goodness saked LOL





It's seriously hard to keep up :S
